Dispatch, Shipping & Delivery


Due to the disruption caused by Covid-19 all order are being dispatched once a week, normally on a Friday. As soon as restrictions end dispatch will return to normal.

All orders are dispatched with 1 - 2 business days except for:

Custom / personalised items

Items requiring hallmarking

Items where a awaiting a restock

The buyer will be notified when an order will take longer to ship.


Within Great Britain (including Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) all orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Tracked and Signed For. 

For those countries where international tracking in unavailable, a quote will be provided for alternative shipping options. This will be done prior to dispatch and the buyer will have the right cancel their order if the cost is too expensive.


Great Britain: Normally 1 - 2 business days (delivery may take a little longer for rural or remote addresses)

Europe: Normally 5 - 7 working days

USA and Canada: Between 5 and 10 working days

Australia and New Zealand: Between 10 and 15 working days

Rest of the World: Allow up to 6 weeks

These are ideal timeframes provided by Royal Mail and do not always reflect variations in international shipping times. 

Please allow longer delivery times during busy periods, such as Christmas, New Year and during any local or national / public holidays which may affect postal services.

Customs and Taxes

The buyer shall be responsible for the payment of any applicable customs duties or other applicable local taxes.

Overdue Orders

An order is not considered overdue until 28 working days from the date of dispatch. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete an accurate delivery address. Refunds will not be issued on orders where the buyer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address
